You can enter set prices in the following ways:
Open: Stock Control > Stock Records > Amend Stock Item.
Open: Price Book > Selling Prices > Prices for Stock Item.
Note: You cannot set a price for an item which is linked to a product group that uses a mark-up price percentage.
Enter or amend the item sales Price for the required price band.
Note: You must enter prices for the standard price band before you can set up and enter prices for other price bands.
The sale price may be greater or equal to zero and contain up to five decimal places. A warning is given if you set the price to zero, however you can still use zero as a sales price.
Prices are expressed in the stock unit of the item and the currency specified for the price band. The standard price band currency is base currency.
Open: Price Book > Selling Prices > Prices for Price Band.
For any price band, except the Standard price band, click Set Prices, and set the selling prices.
Warning
Clicking Set Prices will overwrite all prices you have entered or amended manually in the Price column.
You can set all prices to zero, copy the prices from another price band, or link the prices to the standard prices. Any changes in the standard price band will be automatically reflected in these prices.
