Calendar templates provide a method of generating primary and secondary resource calendars.
Calendar templates represent repeating periods of time that you can assign to resources. They must contain at least one calendar period.
Default calendar templates (five, six and seven day working weeks) are provided. If you are creating your own templates, use templates that represent the highest and lowest level elements that are repeated. For example, weeks (high level), days (mid level) and shifts (low level).
Open: Workspace > General > Generate Schedule >View > Calendars > Primary Calendar Templates or Secondary Calendar Templates.
The Calendar Template window appears.
