Only users that are members of the Administrators Group can log on to Sage 200 System Administration.
If you are using On Premise deployment, you use your Windows logon credentials to access Sage 200 System Administration (if your windows account is a member of the Administrators Group) and Sage 200.
Your Windows credentials will have been set up using Windows Active Directory or Windows user groups.
If enforced logon has been set, you must enter your Windows credentials to access Sage 200 or System Administration.
If you are using Sage 200 Online, you use your Sage ID logon credentials to access Sage 200 System Administration (if your Sage ID is a member of the Administrators Group) and Sage 200 Online.
Your Sage ID credentials will have been set up when your user account was created, using Sage ERP Online Services.
When System Administration is opened for the first time, you will be logged on automatically. A Manage User Lists window appears so that you can verify your Sage 200 users.
