Project Record Analysis

Accounts Plus and Accounts Professional only

As a business it's important that your projects are profitable and that you know the financial situation on each project. In the Analysis tab you can see the important values for each project at a glance. For example, how much the projects has cost to date or how much profit you're making on the project.

Most of these values calculate automatically from the transactions you post to the project.

Last billed date	Date of the last sales billing transaction on the project activity.
Total billed	Gross value of any customer invoices, plus bank receipts less customer credits for the project.
Billed net	Net value of any customer invoices, plus bank receipts less customer credits for the project.
Billed VAT	VAT value of any customer invoices, plus bank receipts less customer credits for the project.

Profit to date	Total cost value less the Billed net value.
Price quoted	Enter the price that was quoted to the customer for the project.
Outstanding to bill	Price quoted value less the Billed net value.

Total budget	Total of the budgets in the Budgets tab.
Actual Variance	Total budget value less the Actual cost value.
Total Variance	Total budget value less the Total cost value.

Last cost date	Date of the last cost transaction in the project record.
Actual cost	Value of: Supplier invoices, bank payments, project charges and stock adjustment outs. Less project credits and supplier credits.
Committed cost	Value of stock and sales orders allocated to the project.
Total cost	Actual cost plus the Committed cost.
