Project Record Budgets

Accounts Plus and Accounts Professional only

To help you manage your costs on a project you can enter a budget for each cost code in the Budgets tab.

To enter the project budgets

  1. Projects > double-click the required project > Budgets.
  2. In the Budget column, enter the value for each cost type. You can change, add or delete cost types in Settings > Configuration > Project Costing. Find out more

    The Total Budget automatically updates as you enter each value.
  3. Save > Close.
