You can add, edit and delete companies using the Companies option.

You can assign users to a company so they can log on and use the company data within Sage 200.

If you allow online payments you can assign a vendor account for the company.

If you install an update to Sage 200, you can update your company database(s).

You can check the company database version by selecting a company, and then selecting Action > Database Version.
