Printing picking lists

About picking lists

If you create allocations for BOMs and build from the allocations later, you can provide picking lists for the BOMs to issue to the warehouse staff to make up the confirmed builds.

You can also amend picking lists.

To print picking lists

Open: Bill of Materials > Processing > Print Picking List.

  1. Select an allocation from the Allocation No drop-down list.

    2. Details of the BOMs and components currently allocated are shown.

  2. To print the total quantities of each component required for the allocation, select Print Consolidated Picking List. All built items are listed at the top of the report.

    3. Clear this option to print the picking list by built items. Each built item starts on a new page.

    Note: This is either selected or clear by default, depending on what you selected as a default on the Allocation tab in BOM Settings.

  3. Click Print.
