Update batches of Intrastats

You can use the Intrastat Entry Maintenance window to update the details of a batch of Intrastat entries.

To update batches of Intrastats

Open: Accounting System Manager > Intrastat (SSD) > Intrastat Entry Maintenance.

1. Enter the Intrastat entry details criteria and click Display.

   Tip: To see more details in the window, click Show Columns.

2. Select the Intrastat entries that you want to update and click Batch Update.

3. Select the check boxes and enter or select the values that you want to update in the batches.

   You can update Commodity Code, Terms of delivery, Nature of transaction (NOTC) and Country from/to.

   All the selected entries are updated with the information entered.

4. Click OK.
