Use the General tab to:
Open: System Administration > Users.
Select User Enabled if you want to make the user account active.
Note: You cannot enable a user if the user has been deleted in Windows (On Premise deployment), or in Sage ERP Online Services (Sage 200 Online).
The user account can only be used to log on to Sage 200 if it is active.
If you don't want the online survey message to be displayed for this user, clear the In Product Survey Enabled check box.
Note: If you want to disable the online survey message for all users, select Disable In Product Survey in the work area.
