Enable and disable user accounts

There may be occasions when you want to make sure a user account cannot access Sage 200.

You cannot disable user accounts which are currently logged on to Sage 200 or to Sage 200 System Administration.

You cannot enable user accounts which have been deleted in Windows ( On Premise deployment) or Sage ERP Online Services ( Sage 200 Online).

To disable and enable user accounts

Open: System Administration > Users.

  1. To disable a user, select the System Name in the Users list, right-click and choose Disable User.
  2. To enable a user, select the System Name, right-click and choose Enable User.
