Your Windows credentials are used to access Sage 200. When you open Sage 200, you are automatically logged on using your Windows credentials. You only have to enter your Windows user name and password, if the Enforce Login option has been set in System Administration.
If you need to be added to the user list, or to change your name, contact your Windows administrator.
If different users need to access Sage 200 from the same PC; the logged on user must close Sage 200 and log off from the PC first. The new user must log on to the PC and then open Sage 200.
Your Sage ID credentials (the user name and password you originally provided to the Sage ID sign up process) are used to access Sage 200. When you open the Sage 200 desktop, you enter your Sage ID and password.
If you need to be added to the user list, or change your name, contact your Sage ERP Online Services administrator.
If different users need to access Sage 200 from the same PC, the logged on user must close Sage 200 first, then the new user can open Sage 200 and log in.
