Change the appearance of a toolbar

1. Right-click on a toolbar or the menu bar.
2. Select Customize. The Customize window appears.
3. Select the Commands tab.

4. Select Rearrange Commands.

   The Rearrange Commands window appears.

5. Select the toolbar that you want to edit from the Toolbar drop-down list.

   A list of commands appears in the Commands list:

   1. To add an item to the toolbar, click Add.
   2. Select the command to add from the Commands list, then click OK. The command appears in the list of commands in the Rearrange Commands window.

   1. Select the command from the Commands list.
   2. Use Move Up or Move Down as required.

   1. Select the command from the Commands list.
   2. Click Delete.

   1. Click Modify Selection. A pop-up menu appears.

   2. Choose from the following:

      Reset	Reset the item to what it was before you made any changes.
      Delete	Delete the item.
      Name	Enter a name for the item. If a letter is preceded by an & character, the letter will be used as the keyboard shortcut for that item.
      Copy Button Image	Copy the button image so you can use the image into another item.
      Paste Button Image	Paste a copied image into the item.
      Reset Button Image	Reset the button image to what it was before you changed it.
      Edit Button Image	Create the button image.
      Default Style	Set these changes as the default style for the item display in the program.
      Text Only (Always)	Only use text for the items displayed in the program.
      Text Only (in Menus)	Only use text when the item is displayed in toolbars in the program.
      Image and Text	Use both image and text when the item is displayed in the program.
      Begin a Group	Make the item a group for a sub-menu display in the Toolbar.
      Recently Used	Add the item to the recently used list in the File menu.

6. To undo the changes to the Toolbar item, click Reset and click Yes to confirm the reset.
7. Click Close to confirm the changes and close window.
