Add a new toolbar

  1. Right-click on the toolbar and select Customize.

    The Customize window appears.

  2. Click New.

    The New Toolbar window appears.

  3. Enter the Toolbar name.
  4. Select the toolbar Location from the drop-down list.

    Toolbars can be docked to the top, bottom, left, or right of the Sage 200 desktop, and they can also be floating (unattached to the desktop).

  5. Click OK to add the new toolbar.
  6. To add items to a toolbar, select the Commands tab.
  7. Click Rearrange Commands.

    The Rearrange Commands window appears.

  8. Select Toolbar and select the toolbar that you have created from the drop-down list.
  9. To add an item to the toolbar, click Add.

    The Add Command window appears.

  10. Select a new command and click OK.
  11. The command appears in the list of commands in the Rearrange Commands window.
  12. To save the new toolbar, click Close.
