CRM integration settings

To set CRM integration settings

Open: Accounting System Manager > Settings > CRM Integration Settings.

  1. Select Display Profit in CRM Order entry to view the level of profitability in CRM's web quotes.

    Clear this option to hide the level of profitability.

  2. Select the required Integration level from the drop-down list:

    Accounts

    Select this to synchronise your customers and suppliers only.

    This creates a company in Sage 200 CRM for each customer and supplier record in Sage 200.

    Accounts; Products

    Select this to synchronise customers, suppliers and products data.

    This creates company records in Sage 200 CRM and also creates a product in Sage 200 CRM for each product in Sage 200.

    All Entities

    Select this to synchronise all Sage 200 data with Sage 200 CRM.

    This creates companies and products in Sage 200 CRM and also integrates all your quotes and sales orders.

  3. If you have selected All Entities, set the required CRM Synchronisation Date settings:

    All Orders\Quotes

    Select this to synchronise all quotes and sales orders in Sage 200 with Sage 200 CRM.

    Note: The time taken to synchronise data depends on the amount of data in Sage 200.

    Orders\Quotes from a document date

    Select this to synchronise quotes and sales orders from a specified date.

    Document Date From

    Enter the date to synchronise quotes and sales order from.

    All quotes and sales orders with a Document Date on or after this date, are synchronised with Sage 200 CRM.

    I confirm that the CRM Integration Service has been stopped

    Important

    Before you enter or change these

    settings, you must stop the Windows service CRM Integration Service. This is to maintain your data's integrity.

    Select this to confirm that you have stopped the CRM Integration Service.

    You cannot continue until you have selected this checkbox.

  4. To check for person records with outstanding notes, communications or cases, select Check CRM when deleting a contact. Enter the following details:

    CRM URL

    Enter the URL for Sage 200 CRM. This is http://<servername>/CRM/eWare.dll/webservice

    CRM User Name

    Enter the CRM user name that is set on the integration in Sage 200 CRM.

    CRM Password

    Enter the password for this CRM user.

  5. Use the Test Connection button to check that the details entered are correct.
  6. Click OK.
