Amend Sales Ledger transaction details

Use this to amend the details of a transaction. If the transaction has not been allocated, you can amend the:

You can use Amend Allocations to unallocate a transaction.

To amend transaction details

Open: Sales Ledger > Adjust Transactions > Amend Details.

  1. Select the customer account from the A/C ref drop-down list.

    All unallocated transactions are displayed.

  2. Note: If all transactions on an account are allocated, no transactions are shown.

  3. To filter the displayed transactions you can specify the:
  4. Amend the Reference, Second Ref. and Due Date for the relevant transactions.
  5. Click Save.
