Active users

The Active Users shows who is logged on to Sage 200.

You will see System Name and User Name in your user list. You can change the User Name through the User Details tab within System Administration. The System Name is pulled through at logon from Windows or Sage ERP Online Services. If you have more than one user with the same name in your organisation, set up your users with unique names so that you can easily identify all users by their unique System Name.

To view active users

Open: System Administration > Active Users.

Information is displayed for each user session, so if you are logged on more than once, your details will appear in the list more than once.

System Name	The user's System Name; entered in Windows for On Premise deployments and in Sage ERP Online Services for Sage 200 Online.
Logged On To	The Company Name of the company databaseThe company database (SQL) contains all of the Sage 200 data for a company. that the user is logged on to.
User Name	The user's Name; entered in the User Details tab of the user Properties.
User Email	The user's Email address; entered in the User Details tab of the user Properties.
Host Name	The host name that identifies the user's computer on the network.
Using Licence	This indicates if the user is using a licence that counts towards your maximum number of users. Users that are logged on from the Sage 200 Client are counted as using a licence. Users that are logged on from Self Service have Is Web User selected on the User Properties and are not counted as using a licence.
