Disable user logins

If you disable user logins, Sage 200 will work in restricted mode and prevent users logging on whilst you make changes. Once you have made changes, you will need to enable user logins.

Disable user logins

  1. Select Action > Properties.
  2. Select Disable User Logins to make sure that users cannot access Sage 200.

    No more users can log on until you click Enable User Logins.

  3. Click OK to confirm the changes.
