Select the Add or Remove Buttons from the down arrow at the right-hand side of the toolbar.
Select Customize.
The Customize window appears.
Select the Options tab to show the settings you can change.

Always show full menus |
Always display all items on the menu. If you leave this clear, only the most commonly used commands on the menu are displayed. You can still view the full menu by clicking on the arrows at the bottom of the menu. |

Show full menus after a short delay |
Only available if Always show full menus is not selected. Use this option to display the full menu after few seconds. |

Reset my usage data |
Reset menus and toolbars to the default settings. |

Display large icons on the menus. |

Menu animations |
This option sets how menus are animated when you open them, such as Random, Unfold, Slide or Fade. Select None if you do not want menus to be animated. |

Specify the number of milliseconds for the floating toolbar to wait before fading. |
