To change data using the global changes feature

1. From the Tools menu, choose, Global Changes.

   The Global Change wizard appears.

2. Follow the Global Change wizard’s on-window instructions to make the changes you require.

3. Once you have entered the information on the window, click Next to move to the next window or click Back to re-enter information on the previous window.

   Once you have entered all of the information in the Global Changes wizard, the Finish button becomes active. To save your changes and exit from the wizard, click Finish.

   Note: To apply global changes by category for your products, you must select the Show Categories check box within the wizard.
