About software updates

Herb software updates are changes to your software designed to resolve issues or improve performance. They are safe and secure and are great for keeping your software up-to-date with the latest improvements.

There are three stages to updating your software:

• Your Herb software checks for updates.
• Available updates are downloaded to your computer.
• You install the update on your computer.

Check for updates

To check for updates:

1. Choose Help > Check for updates.
2. If an update is available, you can choose to download and install the update.
