Q: Totals

1. Select the total. From the Properties pane, click Formatting then click the finder button .

   The Formatting window appears.

2. Click the Numeric tab and use the Maximum decimal places drop-down to select the decimal place you want.

The amount of space allocated to the total is too small. This can be corrected using the Auto Grow property, which allows the space allocated to the total to expand or decrease so that it fits on the report. There is also a Word Wrap property you may also find useful. See Appearance properties.

3. Click the Numeric tab and in the Currency box, enter the symbol you want to use.
4. To change the position of the currency symbol relative to the value, use the Format drop-down list.

Check how the total is calculating. Select the total then from the Properties pane, click the Function drop-down.
