You can send a report as an attachment to an email.
Before you start to email reports, we recommend you take a look at your Email Setup Options and select your preferred email method, then do a test to make sure it works.
Email settings for a report are set using the Email Options properties, which control how the generated information is sent by email.
Select the Provider that is used by your email application or service.
Select the file Format for the report.

PDF is a popular format that can be viewed and printed using the free Abode® Reader®, so it is a good choice if you want your report to be available to a wide audience. PDF files can be edited, but only by using tools such as Adobe® Acrobat®, and cannot be edited in Adobe Reader.
