Manage customer account status

You can suspend a customer account by putting it on hold until a query is answered or a problem solved. You cannot enter any transactions on the account until the on hold status is removed.

Note: Customer direct debit and standing order payments set up in the Cash Book will not be stopped by putting the customer account on hold.

To set the account status

Open: Sales Ledger > Sales Accounts > Amend Account Status.
