The Company Hierarchy window shows the stores that are currently set up, along with the warehouses set up in Sage 200 Accounts.
Click + to expand the structure. Click - to collapse the hierarchy structure.
You can change the structure in the hierarchy by dragging and dropping the Region, Area, Warehouse, or Store to another location. Any items attached to the parent item is also relocated.
You cannot move:
The amended structure appears in the following sections:
Open: Retail > Company > Company Hierarchy.
Select the region and click Add (or Edit if it is an existing region).
The Add Region (or Edit Region) window appears.
You can only delete a branch from the hierarchy if there are no defined areas in use in the selected region.
The branch record is removed.
