Customising enquiries
You can alter the information displayed in your sales and stock enquiries.
To customise a sales or stock enquiry
Open: Retail > Enquiries > Sales Enquiry (or Stock Enquiry).
- Click Customize.
- The PivotGrid Field List window appears. This lists the other fields that are not used in the current enquiry.
- To add a new field:
- Select the field name in the PivotGrid Field List window.
- Drag it to the area that you want to place it in the enquiry.
- To delete an existing field:
- Select the field name on the enquiry.
- Drag the field back onto the PivotGrid Field List window.
- Right-click the field and click Hide.
- Once you have edited the enquiry, click (close) on the PivotGrid Field List window.
