This displays all users that are logged in to Sage 200 and any users that have become disconnected.
You can also clear any disconnected logins from here.
Using the User Login Status utility, you can:
Open: Accounting System Manager > System Utilities > User Login Status.
Select the Disconnected Logins tab to view users who have been disconnected from the system in an uncontrolled way.
The ID, User Name and Last Activity and Login Status are shown.
To see more information about the suggested course of action to rectify any issues this interruption may have caused, select a user. Information is shown in the Action required box.
If you are connecting to Sage 200 via Citrix or Terminal Services, you must log out of Sage 200 before closing your terminal services session.
If you close your terminal services session whilst logged onto Sage 200, your Login Status will not show as Logged Off . To resolve this, you must open your terminal services and log out of Sage 200.
Important
We strongly recommend that you follow the action information provided in the Action required pane at all times to maintain the integrity of your data.
To clear disconnected logins, select the requires users and click Log Off.
Note: Use the CTRL key to select multiple users and clear multiple disconnected logins at the same time.
