This is applicable for fixed-amount deductions, such as cycle to work schemes. Enter the total amount the employee has agreed to sacrifice. |

Your software completes this box with a Yes or No, depending on the type of deduction you have selected. You can't change this. |

Indicate whether the selected salary sacrifice deduction is currently active. Note: The employee can only have one active deduction for childcare at a time. |

The date is mandatory if the employee has a salary sacrifice deduction for childcare. Enter the date the employee joined the scheme, not the date you're entering the details into your software. |
