Checking your processing date

It's important to use the correct processing date when paying your employees, because it determines the tax deductions and national insurance contributions for that pay period.


To check the processing date

  1. Payroll > Change Process Date.
  2. If the process date is not correct, enter the correct date in the box provided. The tax period information is completed for you.

    Tip: Use the calendar button to help you select the correct date.

  3. When you have finished > OK.
