From the Employee List, select the relevant employees > Tasks > Global Changes > Electronic Documents > Set Email Address and Password.
Once
you've processed your payroll for the period you are paying, from the Employee List select
the relevant employees > Payroll >
Pre-update Reports > select the relevant payslip layout > Email.

can use the Personal and Employment information from an employee record.
For example, the employee's first name and surname.
Password protecting P60s and payslips
P60s and payslips
contain information that is personal to each employee. For added security,
emailed P60s and payslips generated as PDFs can be password protected. The recipient
must enter the password before they can view the contents of the PDF.
