Invoice & Order defaults - Quick Print

The Quick Print option saves you time by automatically printing using your predefined layouts. Beofre using Quick Print you must specify the layouts you want to use.


  1. To set up your Quick Print options, from the Settings menu, choose Invoice & Order Defaults then click the Quick Print tab.
  2. Browse to your chosen layouts.

Default Print layouts

Invoices

The layout your software uses to print an invoice when using Quick Print.

The layout defines how the invoice looks, so it isimportant to choose the right one as it can’t be changed after you click Quick Print.

To select an invoice layout, click Browse > select the invoice layout you want to use > OK.

Sales Orders

The layout your software uses to print a sales order when using Quick Print.

The layout controls how the order looks and behaves. It is important to choose the right layout as it can’t be changed after you click Quick Print.

To select a sales order layout, click Browse > select the one you want to use > OK.

Quotations (Invoices/Sales Orders)

The layout your software uses to print a quotation when using Quick Print.

The layout controls how the quote looks and behaves. It is important to choose the right layout as it can’t be changed after you click Quick Print.

To select a quotation layout, click Browse > select the one you want to use > OK.

Accounts Professional only

You can convert quotations to an invoice or a sales order, so you have the option to choose a layout for both formats.

Purchase Orders

The layout your software uses to generate a purchase order when using Quick Print.

The layout controls how the order looks and behaves. It is important to choose the layout as it can’t be changed after you click Quick Print.

To select a purchase order layout, click Browse > select the one you want to use > OK.
