The Countries table lists all countries currently available in the software, together with their country codes. It also indicates if a country is a member of the European Union.
This information is used for Intrastat reporting purposes.

Note: The country code GR is used for Greece in your software. To conform to the coding used by your tax authority, it is adjusted to EL in your VAT reports.
Add a further fourteen countries to the list.
Unlike countries that are installed with your software, you can change the names of added countries. However, regardless of whether a country has been supplied with your software or has been added at a later date, it cannot be deleted.
Open the Settings menu > Countries.
To add a country, click Add.
Enter a unique name for the country. If the country is a member of the EU, select the EU Member check box.
Tip: The country code is automatically generated for you. Countries added to the list are identified by their two character code, which always begins 'Q'.
