Customer reports

We understand how important it is for you to manage your customers easily, for example, to ensure customers pay you on time and don't exceed their credit limits. You may also need to analyse your customer information, for example, to see which customers are in a particular sales area, or to see when a customer last purchased from you. Sage Accounts contains a range of reports to give you the customer information you need. You can start reporting on your customer details and transactions as soon as you have entered them into your software.

To generate a customer report

  1. Modules > Customers > Links pane > Customer List.
  2. Select the customers you want to report on > Reports.

Tip: To report on all customers, click Clear.

  3. In the left-hand pane, click the report area, for example, Aged debtors.

  4. In the right-hand pane, select the report you want to run, for example, Aged Debtors Analysis (Summary).
  5. From the Report Browser toolbar, click the action you want to take, for example, Print or Preview.
  6. If a Criteria window appears, enter any required criteria > click OK.
