Customer letters

To help you generate customer letters quickly, saving you time, a range of layouts are available. 

You can use this feature to:


Generating customer letters

  1. From the Customers window select the customers you want to write to > Letters.

  2. From the Letter window, choose the layout you want to use.

    Tip: If the letter is to be emailed and you use Sage Pay, select a layout that includes the Pay Now button.

  3. Letters toolbar > select the action you want to take.

  4. Depending on the layout you selected, the Criteria window may appear.

  5. To generate the letter, click OK.
