Customers Aged Balances

Seeing a customer’s outstanding balances grouped by the age of the debt helps you to stay on top of your cash flow and chase older debts.

When you run your aged balance report, you can enter the date against which you want to calculate the aged balances, and you can include payments up to a particular date.

This gives you the flexibility to run the reports retrospectively - that is to include or exclude invoices depending on the payment date, if required.

To view customer aged balances

  1. Select the required customers > Aged Balances.

  2. Enter the dates you require > OK.

To view or edit a graph of the aged balances

  1. Select the required customers > Aged Balances.

  2. Enter the dates > OK.

  3. Click the Graph tab.

  4. To amend the view > Options.
  5. From the check boxes shown, select the information you want to appear > OK.
