Bank Record Contact

A lot of companies have account managers at their bank or someone who you always speak to regarding the company bank account. So that it's easy to find this information you can store those contact details in this tab on the Bank Record.

Contact

Enter the name of the person you would contact if you had a query about your bank account.

Telephone

Enter the number you use to contact your bank.

If you use Windows Phone Dialer you can click the option to the right of the box to call this number.

Fax

Enter a fax or telex number, up to 30 characters.

Email

Enter the email address you use to contact the bank.

If you use Microsoft® Outlook you can create an email to this address when you click the option to the right of the box.

Website

Enter the bank’s website.

You can access this website when you click the button to the right of the box.
